Feedback Without Fear
During this interactive workshop, participants will explore how to shift their mindset around challenges and reframe feedback from something personal to something purposeful. Through practical tools, discussion, and exercises, participants will learn how to give and receive feedback in ways that foster curiosity, not defensiveness. Participants will walk away with a shared language for different types of feedback, group-generated norms for how feedback is exchanged, and actionable strategies for staying grounded and open—even when the feedback is hard to hear.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Reframe feelings of “failure” and “rejection” related to criticism as essential elements of creative growth
Normalize discomfort and promote curiosity in the face of challenge
Introduce practical frameworks and shared norms for giving and receiving feedback
Strengthen trust and psychological safety among colleagues
